2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs( I used whole wheat)
1/c up grated Parmesan Chicken
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg beaten
4-6 slices mozzarella cheese
1 jar (28 ounces) marinara sauce
Whatever spaghetti you want to serve
1) Drizzle 1 tablespoon oil over bottom of crock-pot. In medium bowl beat egg. in another medium bowl mix bread crumbs, spices and grated parmesan all together.
2) Dip chicken in beaten egg and toss into bread crumb mixture. Coat completely and place on bottom of crock=pot.
3)Place a layer of mozzarella slices on top and cover cheese layered chicken with jar of sauce. Cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4. Serve with pasta.
